Mountains and Plains Swimming – Development Squads

Glenbrook Swim Club is a member of Mountains and Plains Swimming Area (MPS). MPS coordinate participation in NSW Development meets and coaching clinics.
The first level of Development Squads are the A, B, C and D Development Squads. The different Swimmings Areas in NSW then organise targetted Development Sessions. The different areas then meet in Development Squad Meets at each level. As an indication of recent selection criterai the squad criteria were:
A Squad Individual National Age Qualifiers
B Squad Individual State and Country Qualifiers – 13yrs to 18yrs
C Squad Individual State and Country Qualifiers – 9yrs to 12yrs
D Squad Any swimmers who do not fit into the above Squads – 9yrs to 18yrs
