In April this year two of our Glenbrook Club Swimmers represented our club at The Australian Age Swimming Championships held in Brisbane. The two swimmers were: 15 year olds, Kelsey Otto and Zach Konstantinoff. Kelsey and Zach were supported by their coach Kaz Suzuki.
Kelsey Otto came 18th in the 100m breaststroke with a time of 1:15.77 (0.07 sec PB). Kelsey also swam the 200m breaststroke, which she came 24th in a time of 2:47.25 (0.93 sec PB). Zach Konstantinoff came 35th in the 100m breaststroke with a time of 1:11.64 (0.18 sec PB).
Congratulations to our swimmers! It is an amazing achievement to participate at this elite event on the Swimming Australia program.
